KeyHolder EspaƱol

How it works

Four steps. The phone screens below are drawings of the app, with placeholder site names.

  1. Your company signs the crew in

A manager sets up sites and crews, then gives each person a sign-in QR code or a short code. The crew member scans it or types it on their phone. No public self-signup.

  2. Clock in at the site

On Today, tap your work site, then Clock in. Location can help detect arrival, and manual clocking works without it. Leaving never clocks you out.

  3. Checklist and photos

Work through the site checklist. Items can require a photo. Everything saves on the phone first, so a dead zone does not lose work.

  4. Managers review exceptions

The manager web workspace shows synced records, stops, photos and correction requests. A person reviews them before payroll. KeyHolder does not promise a particular pay amount.

Records still waiting on a phone have not reached your company yet. The board shows what has synced.
